Our capture packs are now available for Tonex, Neural Quad Cortex, and Impulse Responses. IRs can be imported into any platform that accepts .wav files. We’re expanding to include more platforms soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Importing profiles into Tonex is simple. After downloading the capture pack, unzip the files and open your Tonex software. Use the "Import" function in the software to add the captures to your library. Follow the on-screen instructions, and you're ready to go.

Currently, the Quad Cortex platform does not support direct file uploads for captures. Here’s the process to get access to your captures:

Add Your QC Username: When completing your purchase, fill in your QC Username so we can locate and follow you on the Cortex Cloud to share the captures.

Follow Best Tone Captured: Make sure to follow Best Tone Captured on the Cortex Cloud to enable sharing.

Capture Delivery: Once connected on the Cortex Cloud, we’ll manually share the captures with your account.

Important: Double-check that you are following Best Tone Captured on the Cortex Cloud to receive the captures seamlessly.

Our Impulse Responses (IRs) are provided as .wav files, compatible with any platform that supports IR loading. Simply download, unzip the file, and import the .wav IR file to your preferred software or device.

Yes! We carefully recreate each capture using high-quality equipment to ensure the tone stays as close to the original hardware as possible. However, minor variations can occur depending on your setup, interface, or signal chain.

No. When you purchase a capture pack, you are acquiring a single-use license for personal or professional use. Redistribution or resale of the captures is strictly prohibited.
